Weigh Day Friday - week 6 of 52

I got on the scale this morning and it was virtually the same. And I'm OK with that! I haven't been as strict with eating and journaling this week. I went out to eat several times because of my birthday and I can proudly say that I enjoyed myself but didn't go nuts! Really, that is the best I can do!

Highest weight: 265
Goal weight: 150-160

Week #6 (2/8) - 238.8
Week #5 (2/1) - 238.6 <-- my birthday :)
Week #4 (1/25) - 242.0
Week #3 (1/18) - 241.8
Week #2 (1/11) - 242.2
Week #1 (1/4) - 241

Gain this week = 0.2
Total loss = 26.2 pounds

I feel like I am still trying to find my proper calorie goal. I have been doing about 1800 calories a day this week but I used a few online calculators and I think I am going to bump it up to 1900-2000 and see how I do this week.

  2. I'm right there with you. My weigh in day is tomorrow & I'm pretty sureu I'm either going to be up or the same. I had Mexican food TWICE on Friday, lol. Oh well, I'm going to try to make up for it today but either way I'm not going to stress over it, I know I'll see a loss next week :) We're still going in the right direction.

  3. I bumped my calories up as well and am doing well with a loss. They say that whatever the BMR is on your goal, make sure that you add between 100-200 calories onto that.
