Weigh Day Friday - Week 12 of 52
Finally the first scale victory I've had in a while! Last week I was retaining some water so I didn't see the pound lost that I should have. This week I really have done well just listening to my body and eating when it is really hungry. I want to work more on not picking up meals that are convenient and definitely do more planning!

I'm finally up to 31 pounds and 11.7% lost to date! Whoot! Now I'm shooting for that 230! I'm hoping the scale will keep going down and that I'm finally out of this plateau!
