Sorry I haven't been keeping up with this! The past 2 months have been kind of crazy.

Total loss = 29.6 pounds

I hit my lowest point on 3/22 and feel like I have been bobbling around the same few pounds, mainly due to water retention. I actually hit 234.2 on Wednesday but was up again for my Friday weigh day. I started a diet bet this past Monday (4/22) and am really working on weight loss for the first time in a couple months. I can always improve my eating but I definitely am doing at least OK and I am back on the workout bandwagon, so that's good. Hopefully I will see a nice number next Friday!
